A-Star Recalled from Europe a Nice Gesture of Maruti Suzuki

Did you know that Maruti Suzuki A-Star is the first Indian car which is produced in 200 different models and is exported to over 150 countries worldwide? One of the most demanded hatch back small car Maruti Suzuki A-Star was sometime back recalled from the European market. The car was supposed to have a faulty gas kit and calling back all the cars and checking them was a nice gesture of the company. International car manufacturers like Honda and Toyota also called back their cars sometime ago but seeing Maruti call back its cars is a nice gesture.

People in the company monitored the problem and instantly started sending letters to the customers. The company then called around 1 lakh cars from the European market and changed its O ring and the fuel pump gasket at no cost. All the faulty cars were recalled and all of them were repaired successfully which was the good gesture of the company. It is true that people had to face certain problems because of it but at least the company took the responsibility on their shoulders and repaired each and every car. The Maruti Suzuki A-Star is one of the best cars in the hatchback small cars segment. The design of the car is truly world-class as it has huge head lamps and a superb ground clearance.

The sale of the company was a little affected by recall of the cars but actually people should understand that recalling of cars is not an easy job and that too when you are dealing in the international market. Maruti Suzuki A-Star has been in the market for almost 2 years now and the sale of the car is constantly on an increase. The design of the car is such that mostly youngsters are attracted towards it.
