Maruti Suzuki A-Star has made its way in the heart of young car buyers. In India, the car is available in four variant options namely Lxi, Vxi, Zxi and Vxi AT. The Lxi, Vxi and Zxi are the manual variants options and they come with some of the regular and advanced features. The Lxi and Vxi are the basic models while Zxi is the top most model which offers host of hi-tech features. Further, Vxi AT is the Automatic Variant and it offers zipper acceleration. All the variants have a common KB10 engine with a capacity of 998cc with 3 cylinders and 12 valves. The salient features of each variant are as follows:
Maruti Suzuki A-Star Lxi: The features included in this variant are Total Effective Control Technology, RR CTR seat belt (2-point), Head light levelling, High mounted stop lamp, Front ventilated disc-13 inch, Immobiliser, Child-proof rear door locks, Front wipers & washer with intermittent, Body-coloured bumper and Air conditioner.
Maruti Suzuki A-Star Vxi: This model inherits all the properties of the basic variant with some extra features such as Integrated audio system, 2 speakers, rear headrests and premium seat fabric.
Maruti Suzuki A-Star Zxi: This is the top most model and includes best in class features such as Dual airbags, ABS with EBD (brake assist), Front seat belt pre-tensioners, Rear window defogger, Security system, Electric windows (power windows) for the front and rear portion, Driver seat height adjuster, Coloured outside door handles, Coloured outside door mirrors and front fog lamps etc.
Maruti Suzuki A-Star Vxi AT: This automatic variant is mated with four speed gear box and offers excellent acceleration. This model inherits all the features of Vxi and an extra feature of ABS with EBD (brake assist).
All the variants have been designed to offer maximum comfort and convenience to the passengers.
